Apabila biaya operasional seperti listrik (Rp. 1.000.000,- / bulan), air (Rp. 500.000,-/ bulan), tenaga kerja (Rp. 1.500.000,- bulan x 5 orang = Rp. 7.500.000,-) dan biaya overhead lainnya sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,-. Maka keuntungan bersih yang akan di dapat pemilik warung kopi adalah Rp. 30.000.000,- - Rp. 9.000.000,- = Rp. 21.000.000,-. Angka yang fantastis. Dan penghasilan ini belum termasuk aneka jajanan yang ada di warung kopi tersebut. Jika anda tertarik untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan, tidak ada salahnya untuk mencoba membuat usaha warung kopi. Persaingan tentunya ada, akan tetapi warung kopi yang didirikan akan bertahan lama apabila usaha warung kopi yang didirikan memiliki cita rasa atau keunikan tersendiri.
